Based on the call, we send a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and cost. No surprises.

Setup begins

We build your assistant, configure integrations, and test everything in a sandbox environment.

Training session

We walk you through how to use it, answer questions, and adjust anything that doesn't feel right.

Go live

Your assistant starts working. We monitor closely for the first week and iterate based on feedback.

Ongoing support

New workflows, questions, updates—we're available as needed. You're never left on your own.
